  • 25g Garlic Greens (25g/0.88 OZ) (optional)
    • Recommended: Buy 'Green Onions' from Trader Joe's.

    • Available at Trader Joe's or other Asian supermarkets.

Tip:

1. When simmering braised beef brisket, keep the lid tightly covered and reduce to low heat. Stir and check every 10 minutes to prevent burning. If the sauce evaporates too quickly, you can add a bit of water as needed

2. You can add ginger, potatoes, and garlic leaves according to your preference and taste.

3. You can choose to add a water and starch mixture to thicken the sauce.
