  • Chicken Wings (400g/14.11 OZ)
    • Recommended: Organic frozen chicken wings from Whole Foods or purchase at Grocery Outlet.
  • Starch (25-30g/0.88 OZ-1.06 OZ)
    • Recommended: Buy at Costco.
  • Light Soy Sauce (10g/0.35 OZ)
    • Recommended: Purchase 'soy sauce' from Que De Jiu or at Asian supermarkets or Chinese supermarkets.
  • Green Onions(Optional) 
    • Available at Trader Joe's or other Asian supermarkets.

Tip:

1. You can either cut the chicken wings into slits or cut them in half. Cutting them in half helps them cook more easily.

2. You can add chopped scallions for a pop of color.
