- Fresh Ginger (20g/0.71 OZ) (optional)
- Garlic Cloves (30g/1.06 OZ) (optional)

Tip:
1. You can choose to add starch mixture to thicken the sauce.
2. You can add chopped scallions for a pop of color

1.Step Peel the shrimp and remove the sand line

2.Step then butterfly them (600g in total). Heat a pan and pour in some oil. Once the oil is hot, add the shrimp and stir-fry until the skin changes color (about 2 minutes). Optionally, you can add 20g of ginger and 30g of garlic cloves.

3.Step After adding the sauce and stirring well

4.Step add 150g of water (or beer). Simmer for 3-5 minutes.

5.Step Add 10g of cornstarch

6.Step then stir-fry over high heat to thicken the sauce until the flavors are well-developed (about 10 seconds), and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
