A classic dish of Hunan cuisine, Stir-Fried Beef with Chili Peppers (Spicy Beef) dates back to the Qing Dynasty. Hunan locals originally crafted this dish by combining home-raised yellow cattle beef with homegrown aromatic herbs, enhancing the flavors with a blend of dozens of spices. The quick stir-frying technique locks in the beef's tenderness and juiciness, creating a dish that is flavorful, spicy, and irresistibly satisfying.
