Step 1 Preparation: 450g-550g of meat and vegetables
Step 2 Blanch 450g-550g of meat and vegetables in boiling water until 80% cooked
Step 3 Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and garlic slices, and sauté until fragrant
Step 4 Add the sauce and stir-fry until the aroma comes out (Optional) Add prepared onions, green peppers, and red peppers. Stir-fry on low heat until the flavors meld
Step 5 Add cilantro, mix well, and serve
